How To Clean A Showerhead Perc

im doin some google searches lookin for a good way to clean my bong. its beaker shaped and has 1 perc.

anyone wana share their know-how? :hump:

rubbing alcohol and table salt cleans it factory new. Add salt and alcohol and shake the piss out of it. Dump and repeat until you are happy with the results.

If you use Epsom salt it works better. The salt is only used as an abrasive whereas the alcohol is what actually removes the resin from the glass.

For glass bongs (cos plastic is shit) a pan of boiling water for the downpipe (instantly liquifys the oil and tar).
Warm water,washing up liquid and a brush for babys bottles to do the joints and fittings.
Rinse it all out with water and put it back together.
15 mins max.

and make sure its 91% alcohol. works wonders, I have a double perc with twisted glass, and double bubble and it cleans it all, let is soak over night if needed

wonder if moonshine would take resin out lol, wouldent waste good moonshine on cleaning a bong though hah

I like this stuff, which I guess is the same as what they said above. It's gritty w/ an alcohol base and you pour it in and shake the hell out of it. It removes smell, too, and removes any sticky residue left over.
